Your Tasks:
-Practical "hands - on" role on the production line, operating, setting and diagnosing issues on production line.
-Carry out TPM, quality checks using tools for minor electromechanical repairs.
-Resolve production equipment issues with the various support functions as required.
-Support improvement activities.
-Train and support operators in safe machine operation and process adherence.
-Operate in accordance with Brose Policies and Procedures.
-Be the technical point of contact on shift for equipment, process and quality issues.
-Support the Team Leader in adherence to process
-An ability to work under pressure in a production environment
