Your Tasks
-Investigate inventory discrepancies; physical and system checking (SAP, GR trackers, stock monitoring reporting), make necessary corrections in a timely manner.
-Maintaining inventory accuracy metrics and associated reports for LO team and organise and lead annual stock take counts.
-Ensuring logistics requirements are met from suppliers (packaging, labelling)
-Tracking and reporting non-conformities from suppliers: creation of Quality -Notifications in SAP
-Support the training in inventory audit checks to others
-Holiday cover for admin
-Support with LO audits and counts when required
-Complies with all company policies, procedures and guidelines.
