Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a small company which has been established for over 14 years and has a proven record of working with people with enduring mental health difficulties in the community enabling them to achieve their goals.
We call our workers PAL’s (Peers and Allies for Living) an accessible name where bringing lived experience or shared interests are equally important. We match our workers and clients carefully as we believe being understood by someone who you connect with is the most powerful means to support. Working within Nottingham city centre, you would be delivering sessions at client homes and at locations within the community.
We are looking for a worker who has an excellent values base, and has previous experience of working professionally in a caring role.
