The Opportunity:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established independent small animal practice in Watton, Norfolk.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a vet looking to enjoy a fulfilling clinical role while maintaining a strong work-life balance. The role offers a varied caseload with a balance of consultations and surgery throughout the week. You will work alongside experienced veterinary professionals within a friendly team, with access to support whenever needed.
The practice is well equipped with modern facilities, including digital radiography, dental x-ray, ultrasound and in-house laboratory capabilities, allowing the team to deliver a high standard of patient care.

The Rota:
This role has been designed with work-life balance in mind.
You will work:
• 4 days per week, 8:30am–6:30pm
• A consistent weekday off each week
• 1 in 5 Saturday rota
• No out-of-hours commitments
Consultations are structured with 15-minute appointment slots, arranged in blocks throughout the day, allowing time for follow-up cases and a more manageable consulting workload.

• MRCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
• A confident and compassionate vet with a passion for delivering excellent patient care
• Comfortable with routine consultations and surgical procedures
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Keen to continue developing professionally and expand clinical interests
