Practice Ownership with the Support to Succeed

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced

Lead Veterinary Surgeon to take the next step into practice ownership through a fully supported Branch Partnership model. Based within a well-established,

RCVS-accredited small animal practice in Kent, this role offers the independence of owning a practice without the challenges of doing it alone.

Ideal for an ambitious Veterinary Surgeon with leadership experience, the successful candidate will lead a thriving practice equipped with digital X-ray, ultrasound, an in-house laboratory and modern diagnostic facilities. Comprehensive operational, financial and clinical support allows partners to focus on delivering outstanding patient care and growing the practice.

The Role

The Branch Partner will lead and mentor the veterinary team, maintain exceptional clinical standards and play a key role in the continued success of the practice. Previous leadership experience is essential.

£75,000 are available during the early stages if practice profits are below expectations.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will be an

RCVS Registered Veterinary Surgeon with previous leadership or mentoring experience, excellent clinical and communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient and client care while developing a successful team.
