About the Role
A friendly and reliable Personal Assistant is required to support a 16-year-old young person after school and during some school holiday periods.
The successful candidate will be required to be available at the family home by 4:00pm, as school transport will be dropping the young person directly home and alternative drop-off arrangements are not possible.
Support will focus on helping the young person access activities in the community, develop independence, enjoy social and leisure opportunities, and make the most of school holiday periods.
