Where will you be working?

We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

What will you be doing?

- Supporting the planning and coordination of Minor Capital Works.

- Ordering materials, equipment, and consumables to support operational delivery.

- Arranging plant and vehicle requirements for planned works.

- Coordinating street works requirements, including SLG (Signing, Lighting and Guarding) resources.

- Providing administrative and operational support to Supervisors and field teams.

- Liaising with suppliers, operational teams, and subcontractors.

- Assisting with the management of work schedules and resource allocation.

- Supporting compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.

- Attending site visits to develop operational knowledge and understanding of MCW activities.

- Provide holiday cover for supervisors

What you'll bring

- Previous experience within the water, utilities, construction, highways, or infrastructure sectors.

- Experience coordinating materials, plant, or resource requirements.

- Understanding of street works and traffic management processes.

- Experience supporting operational delivery teams.

- NRSWA ticket

- A genuine interest in developing a career within the utility industry.

- A willingness to learn from experienced operational teams.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.

- Commitment to working safely and supporting operational excellence.
