Summary

Our client, a well-established independent main dealership near Heathrow, is seeking a skilled Master Technician to join their busy workshop. This position offers an excellent opportunity for experienced automotive professionals to work within a reputable and professional environment focused on quality and customer satisfaction.

Benefits of the Master Technician position include:

- Up to £69,000 basic salary plus performance-based bonus

- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm

- One in three Saturdays, 8:30am – 1:00pm

- Full qualifications and MOT licence essential

- Opportunity to work within a respected independent main dealership

- £2,500 joining fee

Duties of the Master Technician role with our client:

- Conducting diagnostic work using advanced equipment and methods

- Performing service checks and repairs adhering to manufacturer standards

- Ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard

- Maintaining workshop cleanliness and organisation

- Supporting team members and contributing to a professional service environment

- Carrying out additional duties as directed by management

Requirements for the Master Technician position:

- Full UK driving licence

- Minimum Level 3 Automotive Qualification

- MOT licence advantageous

- Proven experience in a similar Master Technician role

- Strong diagnostic and repair skills

- Excellent attitude, motivated to improve knowledge and skills

- Ability to work effectively within a team

- Commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship and workshop presentation
