Summary

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our client’s reputable dealership located in Wolverhampton, West Midlands. Duties of the Vehicle Technician:

- Conduct routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on various vehicles

- Diagnose existing mechanical faults and perform necessary repairs

- Complete vehicle health checks (VHCs)

- Accurately document all work undertaken

- Work efficiently to specified timescales while maintaining high standards

- Provide excellent customer service managing vehicle repairs from start to finish

- Support team members in maintaining workshop efficiency and quality standards

Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:

- Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification vehicle mechanical experience

- Confident in servicing, brakes, suspension, clutches, timing belts, and general vehicle maintenance

- Diagnostic skills are advantageous but not essential

- Full UK driving licence

- MOT Tester qualification is desirable but not essential for the Vehicle Technician

- Positive attitude with strong work ethic

- Ability to work efficiently and accurately while maintaining high-quality standards
