Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled VDA / Estimator to join a reputable accident repair group with centres across Scotland, Cumbria, North West England, and the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to work within a well-established organisation recognised for its high standards and strong affiliations with leading insurance companies. Based in Liverpool, the VDA / Estimator role offers a chance to develop your career within a busy, professional environment focused on quality and safety standards.

Duties of the VDA / Estimator:

- Accurately assess vehicle damage and prepare detailed estimates for repairs

- Communicate effectively with insurance companies, bodyshop staff, and customers to ensure clear understanding of repair scopes

- Use estimation software to produce and submit repair estimates in line with manufacturer and insurance standards

- Coordinate with the repair team to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs

- Inspect vehicles post-repair to ensure repair quality and client satisfaction

- Maintain thorough records of assessments, estimates, and repair processes in compliance with health and safety guidelines

Requirements of the VDA / Estimator:

- Proven experience as a VDA / Estimator in a motor vehicle bodyshop environment

- Strong understanding of vehicle damage assessment and repair procedures

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and team members

- Good working knowledge of estimation software and repair standards
