Summary

Our client, a reputable motor trade dealership based in Epsom, Surrey, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their dedicated team. This role offers a rewarding career within a well-established business known for its excellent customer service and staff development.

Duties of the Service Advisor:

- Handling inbound bookings for vehicle repairs and MOTs

- Updating customers on vehicle availability and pricing

- Checking customers in and informing them of scheduled repairs

- Assisting the Aftersales Manager and wider team to improve customer satisfaction

- Administering customer information and repair details onto dealership software systems

- Contributing to the administration of the service department

Requirements of the Service Advisor:

- At least 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor or within the automotive aftersales sector

- Excellent communication skills and a helpful, friendly manner

- Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and develop

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work within a team and build rapport with customers

- Knowledge of dealership industry standards and processes is advantageous but not essential
