Summary
Looking for stable, ongoing work with immediate starts and consistent hours? We’re currently recruiting Counterbalance FLT Drivers to join a leading fresh produce supplier in Nottingham.
This is a great opportunity to become part of a friendly and supportive team, with regular work and the potential to secure a long-term position.
As a Counterbalance FLT Driver, you’ll be an important part of the warehouse operation. Your duties will include moving stock safely around the warehouse and yard, loading and unloading vehicles, replenishing storage areas, and helping to keep the workplace clean, organised, and running efficiently.
You’ll be working in a busy, fast-paced environment where safe forklift operation, attention to detail, and good teamwork are essential.
To be considered for this role, you’ll need:
At least 3 months’ recent experience in a warehouse, logistics, or food production environment
A valid Counterbalance FLT licence with practical operating experience
The ability to complete manual handling duties, including lifting items up to 10kg
Willingness to work in chilled warehouse conditions
A reliable and positive attitude with a strong commitment to health and safety
This role offers regular hours and ongoing work, with opportunities for long-term employment for reliable and hardworking candidates.
Available shifts:
8:00pm – 4:30am (Night Shift)
6:00am – 2:00pm (Morning Shift)
Pay and Benefits:
£12.81 per hour
Up to 28 days’ paid holiday pro rata
Immediate starts available
Reliable, ongoing work with the opportunity for long-term employment
