You could be an experienced TA, returning to education, or coming from
childcare, youth work, care, sports coaching, mentoring or another relevant setting.
£85.50–£93 per day | Weekly PAYE pay

Full-time, part-time, supply & long-term roles
What you'll be doing
You'll work alongside teachers to support pupils with their
learning, confidence and wellbeing.
Depending on the school, this could include:
• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
• Helping deliver classroom activities and lessons
• Supporting pupils with
Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
• Encouraging positive behaviour and independence
• Helping pupils stay engaged with their learning
• Creating a safe, positive and inclusive classroom
• Working closely with teachers and school staff

We're looking for people with
relevant experience working with children or young people.
Your experience could include:
• Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant work
• Childcare or Early Years
• Youth Work
• Sports Coaching
• Care or support work
• Mentoring
• Community or voluntary work
• Other roles involving regular support of children or young people
You'll need to be
reliable, patient, adaptable and confident building positive relationships with pupils and staff.
