Summary

There will be an expectation for clinical audit within this post, and to contribute to the wider Inpatient Therapy Governance agenda, and there are excellent opportunities and guidance for ongoing personal development. There is a well-established borough-wide Dietetic network who offers peer support. The Dietetic and Speech Therapy team is committed to continuing professional development, providing monthly coaching conversations and professional development sessions. We encourage staff as part of their annual appraisal to have an active involvement in audit and service improvement projects. There will also be opportunity to provide second line cover to other specialist dietitians in areas such as gastroenterology, diabetes, colorectal surgery and critical care.
