We are looking for smart, professional and experienced PCV Drivers to join our friendly team on Mull. This is a varied driving role, covering both local service work and coach work, giving you the opportunity to support the local community while also welcoming visitors to one of Scotland’s most scenic island locations.
Every journey matters. Whether you are helping local residents get to work, school, appointments or shops, or providing coach travel for visitors exploring Mull and the surrounding area, you will play an important role in delivering a safe, reliable and welcoming service.

The Role
As a PCV Driver, you will:
- Safely operate buses and coaches on local service routs and coach work
- Provide excellent customer service and a safe, comfortable journey for every passenger
- Help connect local communities by ensuring customer reach their destinations safely and on time
- Welcome visitors to the island and provide a professional, friendly travel experience
- Handle cash and card payments accurately and responsibly, where required
- Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects in line with company procedures
- Work independently and confidently while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism
- Represent West Coast Motors positively through your driving standards, appearance and customer care.
What you’ll need
- A valid PCV licence entitlement
- A digital tachograph card
- A professional, reliable and safety-focused approach
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- To live on the Isle of Mull or be willing to relocate
