This role will include a rotational rota which covers both night and day shifts.

Your Role

The Woodlands is situated in Brierfield which has a small bustling town centre, in a perfect location centred between Burnley and Nelson/Colne. Made up of 8 brand new purpose built apartments, at the Woodlands the support team pride themselves in working in a totally person centred way, and are passionate and committed to supporting each individual to achieve their goals and aspirations, whatever they may be, big or small.

Provide leadership to colleagues within the team and support the Service Manager in the daily management & running of the service.

Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities – empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences.

Manage, deliver & lead high-quality care as part of the team using a person centred approach.

Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions.

Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too.
