Summary
Cold Store Warehouse Operative - Evening Shift
Location: Newark
Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:00pm – 12:00am
Pay: £12.91 per hour
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Cold Store Warehouse Operatives to join our clients team. This is a physically demanding role working in a cold-store environment, with duties including loading and unloading, picking and packing, and general warehouse work.
Key Responsibilities
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Picking orders accurately and efficiently
• Packing products ready for dispatch
• Moving and handling stock safely
• Carrying out heavy lifting as required
• Working in a cold-store environment for extended periods
• Keeping the warehouse and work areas clean and organised
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
Requirements
• Previous warehouse or cold-store experience is desirable but not essential
• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
• Able to work in cold temperatures
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Good attention to detail
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Good attitude and willingness to work
