Summary

Operations Agent - Birmingham

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Operations Agent to work with a leading logistics company in Birmingham. This role involves providing essential support to the office team while managing general administrative duties. You will also assist in the warehouse, handling parcels in a fast-paced environment and ensuring all shipments are processed accurately using operational systems.

Shift patterns:

* 08:00 - 16:30 | Mon - Fri | Fixed

Pay rates:

* 13.55 GBP hourly

Essential requirements for Operations Agent:

* Must have been in the UK for 5 years

* Must have a clean DBS check

* Must have at least 6 months experience in an administrative role

Role for Operations Agent:

* Provide administrative support to the office team

* Assist in the warehouse with lifting and handling parcels

* Scan and process shipments using operational systems

* Ensure all shipments are handled accurately and efficiently
