MSSI Infrastructure Ltd are currently recruiting for experienced

Groundworkers to join a busy and ongoing

highways and civil engineering project in Winchester.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure

long-term work on a major infrastructure scheme, working as part of an established site team delivering essential groundwork and civil engineering activities. We are looking for reliable and skilled operatives who take pride in delivering high-quality work while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out general groundworks on highways and infrastructure projects

Excavation and reinstatement works

Ducting, drainage and utility installation

Working safely within live construction environments

Assisting site teams to deliver works to programme

Following site safety procedures and RAMS

Requirements

Blue CSCS Card (Essential)

SCM Medical (Preferred, can be arranged if required)

Highways Passport (Preferred)

Previous experience within highways, civils or infrastructure projects

Strong awareness of health and safety

Ability to work effectively as part of a team
