CQC Registered Manager looking for an opportunity to make a real impact?
We are recruiting on behalf of a growing care provider for a
Registered Manager to lead a newly established residential service in Wolverhampton. Opened earlier this year, the service supports
8 adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, providing high-quality, person-centred care within a supportive residential environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate leader to shape the culture, quality, and future success of a developing service while working closely with residents, families, and multidisciplinary professionals.

Key Responsibilities
As Registered Manager, you will:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the service
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and standards
- Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Recruit, manage, develop and retain a high-performing staff team
- Oversee care planning, risk assessments and safeguarding practices
- Manage staffing levels, rotas and training compliance
- Build strong relationships with families, local authorities and healthcare professionals
- Monitor service performance and maintain excellent standards of care
- Ensure safe medication management and health & safety compliance
- Promote a positive, person-centred culture throughout the service
Requirements
To be considered, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Service Manager or Deputy Manager within Learning Disabilities services
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
- Experience supporting adults with complex needs and behaviours that challenge
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Excellent knowledge of safeguarding and risk management
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care
Desirable
- Current or previous CQC Registration
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care
- Experience managing a new or developing service
