Summary

• 4 to 6 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours during school holidays.
We are looking for a warm, patient and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to spend time with our 11-year-old daughter.
She has a particular love of animals and nature — especially rats, slugs, snails and all the wonderfully weird creatures that most people might walk straight past!
She loves:
• Animals and exploring the natural world
• Sea swimming and being by the coast
• Nature walks and outdoor adventures
• Being creative and making things
• Using found, random and natural materials to create things
• Make-believe, imaginative and pretend play
• Discovering unusual things and following her interests
We are looking for someone who is genuinely enthusiastic about animals and nature, enjoys being creative and playful, and can bring lots of positive energy, patience and encouragement.
The successful applicant will be employed under a private arrangement with the family, and not be employed or carry out work for Cornwall Council.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All offers of employment will be subject to the successful candidate undertaking an enhanced DBS check, the administration process will be undertaken by Cornwall Council.
