Summary
• Lead and support care staff during shifts
• Deliver person-centered care in line with individual care plans
• Administer medication safely and accurately
• Support residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily activities
• Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report concerns appropriately
• Maintain accurate care records and documentation
• Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and management
• Promote dignity, independence, and safeguarding at all times
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and Ravenscroft's policies and procedure• Medication administration experience
• Good leadership and communication skills
• A caring, reliable, and professional attitude
• Understanding of safeguarding and person-centered care
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
