Summary
The Senior Finance Business Partner – Financial Reporting is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, strong financial controls and effective management of key finance functions. The role leads monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, statutory accounts and external audit, while overseeing payroll, accounts payable and funds held on behalf of people supported.
The postholder will work closely with operational and senior leaders to provide financial insight, support decision-making and improve financial performance. They will also lead and develop finance teams, strengthen systems and processes, and ensure compliance with accounting, regulatory and Charity SORP requirements
