Summary
Tasks and responsibilities
1. Sort and packs food parcels, essentials, and clothing materials for community residents.
2. Plans and monitors product storage of items in the warehouse and ensures that food items running short are flagged and appropriate authorities alerted
3. Receiving donations, checking expiry dates, sorting items into categories, and ensuring all food meets safety standards.

4. Record and update the Trust’s planner with details of all food parcel deliveries.
5.Helping with deliveries, loading/unloading donations, and coordinating collection times with partner organisations.
6.Guiding clients toward welfare support, housing advice, mental health services, or other community resources.
