Summary

This is a supporting role; but experience with working as an assistant pastor or minister in a pentecostal or evangelical church setting will be an added advantage. The role will mainly involve:

*Support officiating minister during Mass and Holy Communion Services

*Supporting individuals at different stages of their Christian journey to grow in biblical knowledge, mature in their faith, develop Christ-like character, discover their spiritual gifts, and become effective disciples and leaders who actively serve both the church and the wider community.

Head Discipleship & Training. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing discipleship and leadership development programme in the church working under the leadership of the Senior Pastor to ensure consistency in doctrine, ministry standards, and the church’s vision.
