Summary
Team Locum is a specialist complex care agency supporting clients across the West Midlands, including Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, and Solihull. We are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that enables individuals with complex health needs to live safely and independently in their own homes.
We are supporting two adult males within the B92 area who are looking for FEMALE care staff to support on a part-time and full-time basis.
Our first client is bed bound and is looking for someone who is attentive and support with his clinical needs. He enjoys being around his family and watching Netflix in bed.
Our second client is a younger male, who has 2:1 care throughout the day and the night. He is living with Epilepsy and learning disabilities, so needs staff who can engage with him and carry out activities.
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our growing team. This role involves supporting clients with a range of complex care needs through a combination of longer day shifts and domiciliary care visits within the community.
Successful candidates will be expected to provide high standards of care, promote independence, and support clients with their daily living activities while always maintaining dignity and respect.
Hours Available
Permanent Sunday Days
2-3 sleeping and waking night shifts throughout the week
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS
Essential Skills
3 months previous care experience within UK
Experience with administration of medication
We are accepting Female staff
Needs to be able to attend training based in Kings Norton B30
