What you will bring to the role We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following: Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload. Strong administrative experience, including meeting coordination, minute taking and document management. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and governance documentation. Confident using Microsoft Office applications, databases and electronic record systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships. Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and use initiative to solve problems. Experienced in monitoring actions, maintaining trackers and supporting reporting and assurance processes. Adaptable, flexible and able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment Committed to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.
