The Role
As a Panel Beater, you'll be responsible for repairing accident-damaged vehicles back to manufacturer standards, ensuring every repair is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest level of quality. You'll use modern repair techniques and advanced equipment to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition.
Your Responsibilities
•
Carry out high-quality panel repairs and panel replacement.
•
Repair vehicles in line with manufacturer-approved repair methods.
•
Restore damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition.
•
Ensure every repair meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
•
Work efficiently within a fast-paced accident repair centre.
•
Collaborate with MET Technicians and Paint Sprayers to ensure a smooth repair process.
•
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
What We're Looking For
•
Previous experience as a Panel Beater within a busy accident repair centre.
•
Recognised apprenticeship with an NVQ, VCQ, SVQ, ATA or equivalent qualification.
•
Excellent knowledge of modern vehicle repair techniques.
•
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing exceptional workmanship.
•
Self-motivated with the ability to consistently achieve high-quality repairs.
•
Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a professional team.
•
Full UK driving licence preferred.
