Showroom Sales Manager

SG4 0TW HITCHIN

• Full time, 5-day week including weekend work

• Permanent position

• £35,000 - £45,000 per annum OTE (uncapped achievable commission)

The Role

Are you a person with a flair for sales & management? As part of this Showroom Sales team, you’ll connect with customers, showcase our stunning tile collections, and help them find the perfect solution for their projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Above all else be responsible for the success of our Hitchin shop & to work with the existing team & build a successful branch.

• Welcome customers warmly and confidently engage with them

• Demonstrate our vast range of tiles and accessories, offering tailored advice

• Provide expert guidance to help customers make informed decisions

• Maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude towards work and colleagues

• Ensure reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail

• Uphold a systematic and thorough approach to all tasks
