Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable multi-franchise approved motorcycle dealership in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, seeking an experienced Motorcycle Parts Advisor. Duties of the Parts Advisor:

- Assisting customers with parts and accessories enquiries

- Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently

- Maintaining stock records and inventory levels

- Liaising with technicians, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure smooth parts procurement

- Providing exceptional customer service and support in person and over the phone

- Managing online shop operations to support the dealership’s e-commerce presence

- Supporting the wider Parts Department to maintain high standards of professionalism and efficiency

Requirements of the Parts Advisor:

- Live within a reasonable commuting distance of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire

- Excellent communication and customer service skills as a Parts Advisor

- Strong organisational and administrative abilities

- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

- IT literacy, with experience using electronic parts catalogues

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- A UK motorcycle licence with minimal points is highly desirable but not essential

- Passion for motorcycles and the motorcycle industry
