Summary
This role is ideal if you are currently working as a PCN Business Manager, Practice Manager, Primary Care Operations Manager, or Multi-site Primary Care Lead and you're ready to take the next step. You'll need: 3+ years in a senior operational or leadership role Direct, hands-on experience in primary care (GP, PCN, NHS) Proven ability to lead and influence multi-site teams Deep knowledge of NHS structures and PCN operations Strong performance management and analytical skills Full UK driving licence You'll stand out if you have: An existing network across GP practices or PCNs in your region Experience in service redesign or pathway improvement A background in healthcare ops or medicines optimisation A leadership or management qualification Experience as a registered healthcare professional
