Summary
Please refer to the attached JD / PS for further information You will need to have an Occupational Therapy qualification and HCPC registration and will need to demonstrate flexibility and initiative, to work as part of a Multidisciplinary and Multi Agency Team. Car owner/driver essential as it is unlikely that public transport will meet the needs of this job.
