We’re looking for an experienced
Dining Account Manager to lead the delivery of a key account’s dining services across Ireland.
This is a senior multi-site role, responsible for delivering an exceptional dining and hospitality experience while managing the
commercial, operational and people performance of the portfolio. You’ll work closely with Microsoft stakeholders and senior Sodexo teams to drive innovation, continuous improvement and long-term growth.
The Role
- Lead the operational delivery of dining services across the ROI portfolio.
- Manage and develop Catering and Dining Managers, creating high-performing teams across multiple sites.
- Take full
- Drive participation, revenue growth, productivity and agreed commercial targets.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted strategic partner.
- Ensure SLAs, KPIs and contractual commitments are consistently achieved.
- Drive innovation across food, beverage, hospitality and retail concepts to improve customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for
- Ensure high standards of food safety, HACCP, Health & Safety, allergens, COSHH and environmental compliance.
- Lead audits, operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives across the portfolio.
- Champion sustainability, including waste reduction and more efficient use of resources.
- Work closely with Sodexo support functions including Finance, Purchasing, Digital, Marketing and AI.
P&L responsibility for the portfolio, managing budgets, forecasting, labour costs and overall profitability.

About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven
- Strong commercial experience with
- A track record of leading and developing management teams.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience driving commercial growth and improving operational performance.
- A strong understanding of KPIs, SLAs, budgeting and forecasting.
- Good knowledge of
- Food Safety Level 3 qualification.
- IOSH Managing Safely would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication, influencing and problem-solving skills.
- A full driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites.
