Pay: £
51.55 per hr PAYE
Location: Hybrid / Flexible / Preston base location (UK & Europe travel required)
Sector: Energy / Nuclear / Engineering
Contract Type: Contractor 12 months rolling duration
Travel: Up to 20% across Europe
Hours of work: Monday - Friday / 8am-4pm

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced
Procurement Program Manager (PPM) to join a global supply chain team supporting complex engineering and energy projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a procurement professional with strong project management expertise to lead procurement programmes, drive sourcing strategies, and manage supplier relationships across a diverse international supply chain.
Requirements:
EPIC contract management under NEC framework and supply chain governance
BA/BS/ME degree in business or engineering with a minimum of 5 -7 years of project management experience.
5 to 7 years' experience in procurement
Strong Analytic experience & Good problem-solving ability and high attitude for ownership
Ability to maintain long term productive relationship with supplier (SRM)
A team player collaborating with multiple regions & product lines to serve Westinghouse's customers
Knowledge of EMEA supplier base for the energy sector is a plus.
Strategic & analytical orientation with ability to translate strategy into tangible operational results
Experience in International sourcing.
Microsoft Project Expertise or similar systems a plus
Experience running large complex cross functional projects
Global project management experience a plus
SAP & Ariba or similar system experience in a global environment is beneficial
Ability to travel up to 20%
