Summary

Customer Service Advisor

Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire

Contract Type: 3-Month Fixed-Term Contract (with possible extension)

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

Shifts: Weekends Only (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

About the Role

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our pub partners and drivers, providing top-tier support and ensuring daily logistics operations run seamlessly over the weekend.

Key Responsibilities

Query Management: Investigate and respond promptly to enquiries from pubs and drivers, ensuring all issues are handled within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Communication: Liaise closely with internal departments to ensure any service issues or network updates are resolved and communicated quickly.

Administration: Process orders with high attention to detail and maintain accurate, up-to-date records on helpdesk and internal systems.

Compliance: Manage complaints professionally and maintain full audit compliance in line with company guidelines.

What You'll Need

The Skills: Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities, with a natural talent for building quick rapport over the phone and via email.

The Mindset: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service while working effectively toward targets and KPIs.

The Tech Aptitude: Strong multitasking skills and the confidence to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.

The Flexibility: Available to work the weekend shift pattern (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
