Summary
We are looking for an organised, confident and proactive Quality & Compliance Administrator to join our domiciliary care team on a PART-TIMEBASIS.
This Quality & Compliance Administrator role will focus on QUALITY ASSURANCE, COMPLIANCE AUDITING AND MONITORING THE PERFORMANCE OF OUR CARE STAFF, helping us ensure that every service user receives safe, compassionate and high-quality care.
The successful candidate must have a GOOD STANDARD OF SPOKEN AND WRITTEN ENGLISH and be able to communicate confidently in URDU OR PUNJABI, as a key part of the role involves speaking directly with service users and families to obtain feedback about their care.
SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 10:00am 2:00pm (part-time)

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THEQuality & Compliance Administrator
o RECORD MANAGEMENT: Ensuring DBS, training records and other relevant documents are up to date.
o INCIDENT TRACKING: Log and monitor accidents, near misses, and complaints, making sure actions are recorded and followed up.
o AUDIT SUPPORT: Help run quality checks on care files and service records to find missing information or areas needing improvement.
o REPORT PREPARATION: Gather data and draft governance or compliance reports for senior managers and registered care leads.
KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
o ORGANIZATION: Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritise workloads, while meeting strict deadlines.
o IT PROFICIENCY: Good working knowledge of IT software, including the Microsoft Office package. An understanding of Birdie is advantageous.
o ATTENTION TO DETAIL: High accuracy in recording sensitive data and maintaining strict confidentiality.
