Warehouse Operative - Full Time (Mon-Fri)

The Best Connection is currently seeking a

Warehouse Operative to join a well-established client of ours within the medical industry. This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity within a clean, organised, and supportive warehouse environment.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

05:00 - 13:30

Role Overview

This position combines order fulfilment with general warehouse upkeep, ensuring essential medical equipment is prepared and dispatched efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

Picking and packing medical equipment orders accurately.

Preparing goods for dispatch and labelling shipments.

Assisting with stock control and inventory checks.

Carrying out general warehouse maintenance and housekeeping.

Supporting goods-in processes and unloading deliveries.

Ensuring health & safety and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times.

Cleaning and sterilising medical equipment.

Candidate Requirements

Previous warehouse or picking experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good level of physical fitness due to manual handling.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

A proactive and flexible approach to daily tasks.
