You will work closely with colleagues, carers and other health and social care professionals to deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred care. The role includes working across different clinical settings, including community clinics, hospital settings and patients’ homes, helping us meet the changing needs of the service.

What you’ll do:

• Work across clinic, hospital and domiciliary settings to provide flexible patient care

• Support colleagues through clinical leadership, advice and training

• Contribute to service improvement, clinical governance and quality initiatives

• Maintain accurate records and uphold high standards of patient safety

What we’re looking for:

• Current General Dental Council specialist registration in Special Care Dentistry

• Experience caring for adults with complex needs and working across multidisciplinary teams

• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

• Ability to adapt to different clinical environments and changing service needs, including working between The Orchard Centre, Bridlington Hospital and domiciliary settings

• A commitment to compassionate, safe and inclusive care
