Summary
As an Enablement Transition Officer you will be based in Andover, Wiltshire and will provide support and advice around accommodation, basic life skills, welfare benefits, health and personal issues, all allowing service users to work towards independent living. 37.5 hours per week plus 1 contracted sleep in.
Car driver required with access to a road worthy vehicle and business insurance.
