Summary
Residential and Business Services catering department are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our busy catering team.

You will play a vital role in supporting our chefs and food service team, ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently, safely, and hygienically.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Washing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
2. Maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen and food preparation areas.
3. Assisting with the delivery, storage, and organisation of stock.
4. Removing waste and recycling in line with procedures.
5. Supporting chefs with basic food preparation when required.
6. Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
7. Keeping kitchen equipment clean and ready for use.
