Hours: Full-time and part-time roles available

Contract: Permanent positions

Working Pattern & Shifts

Full-day shifts: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Half-day shifts: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

All shifts include scheduled break times

Shifts are arranged on a rota basis and may include weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility is important to meet the needs of our residents.

Role of a Care Assistant

As a Care Assistant, you will:

Support residents with daily activities such as washing, dressing, and personal care

Help residents feel comfortable, safe, and respected at all times

Assist with meals, drinks, and monitoring nutrition and hydration

Follow care plans and report any changes in residents’ health or wellbeing

Support residents with social activities and encourage independence

Work as part of a team to provide high-quality care

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

Is kind, patient, and caring

Has good communication skills

Is reliable and willing to learn

Can work well in a team and use their initiative

Has a genuine interest in helping others

A DBS check will be carried out for all successful candidates.
