The Role
As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for repairing accident-damaged vehicles to manufacturer standards, ensuring every repair is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality.
Your responsibilities will include:
•
Repairing and replacing damaged vehicle panels using approved repair methods
•
Carrying out structural and cosmetic body repairs
•
Restoring vehicles in line with manufacturer repair specifications
•
Using modern repair equipment and techniques to achieve high-quality finishes
•
Working closely with MET Technicians and Paint Technicians to ensure efficient workflow
•
Completing quality inspections before vehicles are returned to customers
•
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
•
Following all health and safety procedures
About You
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
•
Previous experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician, Vehicle Panel Beater, or Bodyshop Panel Beater
•
A recognised qualification such as NVQ, VCQ, SVQ, ATA, or equivalent
•
Experience working within a busy Bodyshop or Accident Repair Centre
•
Strong knowledge of modern vehicle repair techniques and manufacturer standards
•
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship
•
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
•
A motivated, professional, and quality-focused approach
