Your new company

Hays Education are looking to speak with EYFS Teachers who are considering supply work in Coventry for the new academic year.

We work with a range of primary schools across the city and support teachers looking for flexible day-to-day work, as well as longer-term roles including maternity cover and fixed-term contracts. Whether you're an experienced Early Years Teacher or an ECT looking to gain experience, we'd be keen to hear from you.

Your new role

As an EYFS Supply Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to work in Nursery and Reception classes across a variety of school settings.

Opportunities can range from ad-hoc daily cover to longer-term placements, allowing you to find a working pattern that suits your lifestyle and career goals. Supply teaching can be a great way to gain experience in different schools while maintaining flexibility.

What you'll need to succeed

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Recent experience teaching within EYFS

Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework

Good communication and classroom management skills

A positive and flexible approach
