The family consists of five grown-ups and is looking for a reliable professional who would become a valued part of the household and build a long-term working relationship with the principals. Located in the heart of Central London, Mayfair is renowned for its elegant residential streets, luxury boutiques, fine dining, and excellent transport connections, making this an exceptional location for an experienced housekeeper cook seeking a convenient and prestigious position. The successful housekeeper cook will take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the apartment, with particular emphasis on maintaining excellent standards of laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care. The role will also include general tidying, grocery shopping, and occasional preparation of Indian and Pakistani Halal cuisine. The family occasionally entertains a small number of guests, and the housekeeper cook may be asked to assist with preparing meals on these occasions. The principals are particularly keen to find an experienced professional who is committed to remaining with the family for at least three years and who would enjoy becoming a trusted and valued member of the household. The role would particularly suit an experienced professional with excellent laundry and ironing skills who takes pride in detailed wardrobe care and enjoys working as part of a close-knit family environment. Main duties of the Part-Time Housekeeper Cook: Cleaning the apartment to a consistently high standard. Carrying out daily tidying and ensuring all rooms remain organised and comfortable. Managing the family’s laundry from washing through to drying, folding, and appropriate storage. Providing excellent ironing services. Occasionally monitoring household supplies and arranging grocery shopping. Preparing light Indian and Pakistani Halal meals according to the family’s preferences. Supporting the family when they occasionally entertain up to three guests, including preparing simple meals and ensuring the apartment is ready for entertaining. Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen after food preparation. Demonstrating flexibility when household requirements change.
