Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a
Production Operative to join a well-established site based at
The Docks in Sharpness, near Berkeley.
This role would suit someone with previous experience in
groundwork, production, manufacturing, warehouse work, or another physically demanding, hands-on environment.
What We Offer
- Starting rate of £13.00 per hour.
- Monday to Friday working hours, 7am-4pm.
- 40 hours per week.
- Full training and ongoing support.

Key Duties
- Operating machinery safely and efficiently.
- Carrying out heavy lifting and manual handling duties.
- Loading machinery with packaging materials.
- Palletising finished goods.
- Maintaining general housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in groundwork or a similar physical role is advantageous.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Willingness to carry out hands-on, manual tasks.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable, safety-conscious and hardworking approach.
- Own transport due to the location.
