Lead Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse operation in
Willand, Devon.

Hours of Work
- Monday to Thursday, 8am-5pm.
- Friday, 8am-4pm.
- 39 hours per week.
Key Duties
- Receive and dispatch goods accurately and efficiently.
- Operate a forklift truck, with training provided for the right candidate.
- Pick and process orders from start to finish.
- Palletise and prepare goods for dispatch.
- Book orders onto the online portal.
- Print and monitor website and online shop orders.
- Ensure stock is correctly put away and the warehouse remains organised.
- Help ensure the warehouse operates efficiently and smoothly.
- Support the Team Leader with daily warehouse operations.
- Take responsibility for key warehouse functions when the Team Leader is not working.
- Safely manoeuvre full pallets of product.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Good written and verbal English.
- Computer literate and comfortable using online systems.
- Willing and able to operate a forklift truck.
- Previous forklift experience is preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
- Ability to safely manoeuvre full pallets of product.
- Organised and reliable approach to work.
- Ability to work independently when required.
- Good attention to detail.
- Hands-on approach and positive attitude.
