Summary
Jennifer Griffiths Recruitment are currently recruiting Packing Operatives for a client based in the Llantrisant area.
Key Responsibilities:
Packing products efficiently to meet daily production targets
Carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained
Working in a fast-paced production/manufacturing environment
Operating machinery where required (training provided)
Maintaining excellent attention to detail at all times
Working effectively as part of a team
Requirements:
Previous production or manufacturing experience is essential
Previous picking and packing experience is essential
Experience operating machinery would be an advantage
Good attention to detail and ability to meet targets
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
Shift Patterns & Pay Rates:
Night Shift Only – £15.53 per hour
Sunday: 11:00pm – 6:00am
Monday to Wednesday: 9:30pm – 6:00am
Thursday: 9:30pm – 2:00am
Rotating Morning & Afternoon Shifts – £13.98 per hour
Morning Shift:
Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 1:30pm
Friday: 6:00am – 1:20pm
Afternoon Shift:
Monday to Thursday: 1:30pm – 9:30pm
Friday: 1:20pm – 6:30pm
