Summary
Team Leadership: to supervise and carry out day to day electronic assembly, including goods in, inspection, picking, assembly, testing and calibration.
Production Order processing: to pick components and update production orders via the ERP system on the completion of jobs.
Quality Assurance: to follow build instructions, inspect and test assemblies, and to troubleshoot defects.
Process Optimization: Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and optimize workflow.
Safety & Compliance: to enforce and follow workplace safety protocols, ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) controls, and cleanliness standards.
