What you’ll do:
- Prepare and serve delicious, high-quality meals and refreshments on time, ensuring every dish meets Sodexo’s standards and exceeds client and customer expectations.
- Take pride in delivering food to a consistently high standard, while paying close attention to special dietary requirements and allergens, including nut, dairy and wheat allergies.
- Support the smooth running of all hospitality services, from food preparation and service through to clear-down, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for every customer.
- Work as part of the wider team to maintain a safe, clean and efficient working environment, responding quickly and appropriately to any incidents, including accidents, fire, food safety concerns, loss or damage.
- Get involved in team meetings, training and development opportunities to build your skills and continue delivering an excellent service.
What you'llbring:
- High standards and a strong commitment to maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
- A positive team player who works well with colleagues and contributes to a supportive working environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to communicate effectively with customers, clients and colleagues.
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- A professional, reliable and organised approach to work.
- 5706/2, NVQ Level 2 Chef qualification or equivalent culinary qualification.
