Do you have strong behaviour management skills and the ability to adapt to different classroom environments?

Are you looking for flexible work within a mainstream secondary school setting?

TeacherActive are working with mainstream secondary schools in Hereford that are needing a Cover Supervisor to support them on a flexible, day-to-day supply basis.

The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring students remain engaged with their learning throughout the school day.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Experience working with young people in an educational setting

• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

• Confidence delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• The ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments

• A positive and proactive attitude
